Norwich City Football Club Plc (“we”, “us”, the “Club”) takes the privacy of all its supporters, fans and customers (“you”) very seriously and takes great care to protect your information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about you, how we may use it, and the steps we take to ensure that it is kept secure. We also explain your rights and how to contact us.

By using this website and giving your information to us, you indicate your consent to the Club and our commercial partners collecting and using your personal information in accordance with the terms set out in this policy.  If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the site.

What information do we collect?
In order to provide you with services, we may collect personal information about you from our website, telephone conversations, emails and written and verbal communications. We may, for example, keep a record of your name, date of birth, gender, address, delivery address, email address, telephone number and encrypted credit card details. We may also record details of any disability or health needs you may have at the time of booking an event or service that will take place at the stadium or any of our other premises, to help ensure your safety.
Sometimes we may ask you for other details, for example product size, category preferences and special dates (such as birthday and anniversary dates).  These will be used to enhance our service to you. 

The Club’s policy regarding children
The Club understands that children will visit the site and we would encourage anyone under the age of 13 to check with their parents or legal guardian before submitting information to this site.  Ultimately it is the responsibility of parents and legal guardians to supervise children when online and we would recommend that parental controls are put in place.

Entering a competition
The information you give us when you enter a competition is collected to check and administer the entry. It may also be used to contact you regarding the competition and prize. If you agreed to us doing so, we may also use this personal information to inform you of other products and special offers from the Club or commercial partners.

How will we use your information?
All personal information that we obtain about you will be recorded, used, and protected by us, in accordance with current data protection legislation and this Privacy Policy.

Our commercial partner programme is designed to support the Club and also to bring supporters, fans and customers a diverse range of opportunities and offers (including financial services offers) at competitive prices. The Club would like to contact you directly or on behalf our partners with details of offers in a number of ways, including post, telephone, text/picture/video message, digital television, fax or by email. If you express an interest in an offer from one of our commercial partners, that partner may let us know. This enables us to take your views and interests into account when choosing our commercial partners and developing the programme.

When you submit your credit card details, we use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to guard your information therefore the Club will only hold encrypted card details on its servers.
In addition, we have security procedures in place to protect our paper based systems and computerised databases from loss and misuse, and only allow access to them when it is absolutely necessary to do so, and then under strict guidelines as to what use may be made of the personal information contained within them. Please note that we cannot guarantee any data transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

We may monitor or record your communications with us for security purposes and to improve the quality of services that we provide to you.
